On arrival into London, transfer to your hotel. Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. Spend the next two nights in London.
Your adventure begins with an exciting introduction to London on a panoramic tour. See iconic locations and enjoy the historic Changing of the Guard ceremony or Horse Guards Parade. After lunch, visit The Tower of London. See the recently expanded display of the world-famous Crown Jewels. Later, enjoy a cruise on the River Thames. Continue exploring the amazing sights at your leisure or make your way back to the comfort of your hotel.
Today, travel from London to the Lake District by train. ON arrival, board a coach for a guided adventure of the Southern Lake District. Visit Hill Top Farm, the medieval Hawkshead village, enjoy a relaxing cruise across Lake Windermere and finish the afternoon with a traditional cream tea. Check-in to your hotel, where you will spend the next two nights, and relax before a group dinner sourced from local produce.
Today, embark on a journey through the outstanding scenery for which the Lake District is renowned. Enjoy magnificent mountains and valleys as well as the region’s Ten Lakes.
There is free time for lunch in the market town of Keswick before visiting the the Castlerigg Stone Circle with its 360-degree view taking in the surrounding fells. Later, visit Grasmere. This evening is free for you to dine independently.
After a breakfast, return back to the station for your return travel to London. Following check-in at your overnight accommodation, the rest of your time is at leisure.
Your tour concludes after breakfast and hotel check-out.
